Key Responsibilities

• Design and prototype intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile platforms aligned with user needs and business objectives.

• Work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure flawless design implementation.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, and user flows to clearly communicate design concepts.
• Iterate and refine designs based on user feedback and performance data.
• Stay current with the latest UI/UX trends and best practices to enhance design quality.
• Document design processes and present concepts for stakeholder approval.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field.
• Proficiency in prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or equivalents.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Portfolio demonstrating previous UI/UX design projects.
• 2-3 years of relevant industry experience.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Knowledge of web technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
