Finance and Accounts Officer – Islamabad, Pakistan

Hira is hiring a full-time Finance and Accounts Officer in Islamabad, Pakistan. This on-site role supports the organization’s financial health and operational efficiency through financial analysis, accounting, reporting, and budgeting.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions.
• Apply accounting principles and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
• Prepare and present reports on the company’s financial position.
• Support budgeting by reviewing proposals and analyzing variances.
• Reconcile accounts and investigate financial discrepancies.
• Collaborate with finance and cross-functional teams to improve processes and gather reporting information.
• Contribute to finance projects as needed.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field.
• Proficiency in financial analysis, accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting.
• Experience with relevant financial software and tools.
• Two to three years of finance or accounting experience preferred.

Compensation and Reporting

Pay: 40000 per month. The successful candidate will work with the finance team and report to the Finance Manager or an equivalent leader.
