Key Responsibilities Conduct user research and usability testing to gather actionable insights. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs aligned with user needs and business goals. Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to deliver intuitive, visually appealing interfaces. Iterate designs based on feedback from users, team members, and stakeholders. Stay current with the latest UI/UX design trends, tools, and technologies. Participate in design critiques and provide constructive feedback to enhance team output. Document design processes and rationale for future reference and continuous improvement. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Design or related field. Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design skills and process. Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or equivalents. Experience applying user-centered design principles and methodologies. Minimum 3 years of professional UI/UX design experience preferred. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus. This full-time position offers a monthly salary of $25,000 MXN and includes mentorship opportunities, workshops, and conferences to advance your career.
