UI/UX Designer in Mexico City, Mexico

Demo Account Inc. is hiring a full-time UI/UX Designer in Mexico City, Mexico. Join Claude Design, a mid-sized design firm, and help shape intuitive digital experiences for a diverse range of clients. You’ll work with a collaborative team to turn user insights and business goals into thoughtful, engaging products.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and usability testing to identify opportunities for design improvement.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs based on user needs and business goals.
• Partner with product managers and developers to implement intuitive, visually appealing interfaces.
• Refine designs using feedback from users, colleagues, and stakeholders.
• Keep current with design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Participate in design critiques and give constructive feedback to strengthen team work.
• Document design processes and rationale to support future reference and iteration.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related field.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design work and process.
• Proficiency with Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or equivalent design and prototyping tools.
• Experience applying user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Three or more years of professional design experience preferred.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits
