Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate Code 14/10 trucks transporting goods efficiently across assigned routes.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Follow all traffic laws and safety protocols to maintain an excellent driving record.
• Load and unload cargo carefully to prevent damage during transit.
• Keep accurate logs of working hours, mileage, and cargo details.
• Communicate clearly with dispatch and team members about delivery schedules.
• Assist with emergency roadside repairs and promptly report vehicle issues to management.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Matric Certificate is mandatory.
• Valid Code 14/10 driving license required.
• Proven experience driving heavy-duty vehicles.
• Strong knowledge of local roads and geography in Gauteng.
• Professional driving certifications are a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime.
