We are hiring an articulate, empathetic, and organized Spanish Bilingual Customer Service VA to join the front-line communications team at Luminare Aesthetics and Wellness.
In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound client communications across phone, SMS, and digital channels, manage appointments in our booking system, follow up with marketing leads, and coordinate seamlessly with on-site spa front desk teams. Comprehensive training on our services and workflows will be provided.

Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding services, appointments, promotions, and general inquiries.Provide accurate information about Luminare Aesthetics and Wellness services, policies, and promotions.Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments using the booking system.Respond to client calls, texts, social media messages, and digital inquiries.Manage and follow up with leads from social media and marketing campaigns.Address client concerns and escalate issues when necessary.Maintain accurate records of client interactions, appointments, and follow-ups.Coordinate with front desk teams across spa locations.Assist with customer service administration and front desk training activities.Deliver professional and exceptional client support.
Qualifications:Spanish bilingual proficiency.Customer service experience Proficiency in GSuite, Microsoft 365, and AI tools.Familiarity with Podium, Google Chat, FrontDesk, or similar platforms is preferred.Healthcare, aesthetics, or medical spa experience is a strong advantage.
