US IT Recruiter

We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter who understands the US staffing/recruitment market and can independently handle the recruitment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
> Source and recruit qualified IT professionals for US-based requirements.
> Work on W2 and 1099 requirements.
> Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and other channels.
> Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, and job requirements.
> Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring teams.
> Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
> Ensure timely submission of qualified candidates.
> Build and maintain strong candidate relationships.

✅ Requirements
> 1-2 years of hands-on experience in US IT Recruitment.
> Strong understanding of US IT staffing and recruitment processes.
> Experience working on W2 and 1099 roles is required.
> Good communication and negotiation skills.
> Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
> Comfortable working in the 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST shift.
