Key Responsibilities

• Follow site safety protocols and applicable regulations.
• Support daily operations and team productivity.
• Inspect and maintain equipment to support safe, reliable operations.
• Help train and onboard team members on safety practices and procedures.
• Promptly document and report safety concerns and incidents.
• Work with colleagues to meet daily performance targets.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Grade 12 or Matric is required.
• Understanding of safety compliance in the mining industry.
• Safety management certifications are preferred.
• Familiarity with mining equipment and operational processes.
• One to two years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong teamwork and clear communication skills.

Compensation and Development
