Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels for vendor-managed inventory accounts.
• Collaborate with suppliers and clients to forecast inventory requirements and manage replenishment schedules.
• Perform precise data entry and maintain inventory records using specialized inventory management software.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving inventory-related issues promptly.
• Monitor and analyze inventory trends to recommend improvements and enhance overall inventory performance.
• Coordinate closely with the logistics team to ensure timely shipments and deliveries to clients.
• Prepare detailed inventory reports and present findings to management to support strategic decision-making.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field.
• Proven experience in inventory management and customer service roles.
