Vice President of Supply Chain Facilities and Procurement

Our client, a rapidly growing, multi-site healthcare organization is adding a Vice President, Supply Chain, Procurement & Facilities role to their team.
This executive leadership role reports directly to the CFO and will be responsible for developing and executing enterprise-wide strategy across supply chain, procurement, and facilities. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving operational excellence and enterprise financial performance through vendor optimization, strategic sourcing, contract negotiations, inventory management, and facility initiatives.
Key Responsibilities include:Leading enterprise-wide supply chain, procurement, and sourcing stratetgyNegotiating complex, high-value vendor agreements, and strategic partnershipsOversee all real estate, lease agreements, and site selections across the northeastDriving multimillion-dollar cost savings and EBITDA improvement initiativesQualifications:10+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare supply chain, procurement, or strategic sourcingExperience multi-site/multi-state healthcare operation's environment
