Key Responsibilities Manage and respond to emails and communications promptly. Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings for team members. Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized digital files and records. Assist with research and prepare documents or presentations as needed. Handle customer inquiries and deliver excellent client service to ensure satisfaction. Support project management by tracking deadlines and deliverables. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and overall efficiency. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with basic computer applications and virtual collaboration tools. Previous administrative experience preferred but not required. Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management abilities. Attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will work closely with various departments fostering collaboration and innovation to achieve company goals.
