Tasks
- Observe and learn about the implementation and integration of AI-powered solutions into tech support operations.
- Write and develop content using AI tools.
- Participate in discussions and research related to AI for tech support.
- Contribute to the development of AI-related training materials.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Tech or any related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to a collaborative team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
