Position: Virtual Executive Assistant
Location: Miami, Florida, United States (Remote Eligible)
Join a fast-growing restaurant franchise recently featured on the TV show Shark Tank. We are seeking a dedicated Virtual Executive Assistant to support our CEO and management team with daily operational and communication tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor, respond to, and record Google Reviews daily for reporting purposes.
- Review daily task reports from management, provide comments and suggestions based on results (training provided).
- Monitor, review, and respond to Problem Status sheets (training provided).
- Manage and respond to all CEO emails promptly and professionally.
