Key Responsibilities Research diverse funding opportunities from foundations and government sources. Write clear, persuasive grant proposals outlining our mission, goals, and funding needs. Work closely with the Grants Team to collect data, statistics, and compelling stories to strengthen applications. Edit and polish proposals to ensure professionalism and compliance with funder guidelines. Maintain an organized database tracking grant submissions and follow up on statuses. Provide updates on grant opportunities and funding trends during team meetings. Assist with reporting requirements for awarded grants to ensure compliance. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Communications, English, Nonprofit Management, or related field. Excellent writing skills with experience producing clear, persuasive documents. Familiarity with grant writing processes and best practices preferred. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple projects. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace. Prior volunteer experience with nonprofits is a plus.
