Key Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments to verify accuracy and quality standards.
• Organize and store products systematically to maximize space and operational efficiency.
• Pick and pack orders precisely according to specifications for timely shipment.
• Sort and categorize goods while maintaining accurate inventory records in the system.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily targets and improve productivity.
• Adhere strictly to safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
• Assist with cycle counts and physical inventories as needed to ensure stock accuracy.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent educational background.
• Proven experience working in a warehouse or similar operational environment.
• Strong skills in inventory management, packing, receiving, and sorting processes.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and communicate clearly.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems is advantageous.
• Physical fitness to lift moderately heavy items and stand for extended periods.

Compensation: ₹18,000 per month.
