Joel is hiring a full-time Warehouse Associate in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. In this on-site role, you will help keep warehouse and supply chain operations accurate, safe, and efficient while supporting the timely fulfillment of customer orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Organize and store products in designated areas to use warehouse space efficiently.
• Pick and pack orders according to specifications and prepare them for shipment.
• Sort and categorize goods and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Work with team members to meet daily targets and improve productivity.
• Follow safety regulations and warehouse procedures.
• Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory checks.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse or related experience.
• Skills in inventory management, packing, receiving, and sorting.
• Teamwork and clear communication skills.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus.
• Ability to lift moderately heavy items and stand for extended periods.

Work Environment and Compensation

This full-time, on-site position is based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. You will report to the Warehouse Supervisor and coordinate with warehouse staff, logistics, and sales teams. The listed pay is 18000 per month.
