Job description
RTW Logistics is hiring a full-time Warehouse Operator in Stockton, California. This hands-on working supervisor role helps oversee warehouse and distribution operations, including order picking, product storage, receiving, cargo mapping, loading, and unloading. The Warehouse Operator reports to the General Manager and leads the floor team when the Manager is absent.
Responsibilities
- Support warehouse and distribution operations and implement operational policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with the Supervisor to plan and carry out daily activities and projects.
- Oversee order picking, product storage, receiving, and inbound and outbound loads.
- Maintain accurate awareness of cargo condition and location, and organize cargo locations to support capacity and efficiency.
- Operate warehouse equipment and assist with loading and unloading cargo.
- Promote the safe use of warehouse equipment and help ensure staff safety and site security.
- Train, evaluate, motivate, and hold staff accountable; assist with discipline as needed.
- Read and respond to customer and company emails promptly, and communicate with customers and other company divisions.
- Support warehouse maintenance, sanitation, and other operational functions.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of warehouse management experience.
- Leadership skills and the ability to recognize and address issues involving associates and operations.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic warehouse environment.

Pay: $20 per hour
