WOW MOMO is hiring a full-time Warehouse Packaging and Dispatching Associate in Sancoale, Goa, India. In this hands-on warehouse role, you’ll package products, prepare accurate orders for dispatch, and help maintain efficient inventory and fulfillment operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Package products according to company standards to help ensure safe delivery.
- Organize and prepare orders for dispatch, checking order accuracy.
- Track stock levels and report inventory discrepancies.
- Operate packaging equipment and machinery while following safety procedures.
- Work with the warehouse team to improve packaging workflows and efficiency.
- Keep the packaging area clean, organized, and safe.
- Assist with loading and unloading shipments, handling products with care.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Packaging, dispatching, or related experience; 1–2 years is preferred.
- Knowledge of inventory management practices and procedures.
- Familiarity with packaging materials and techniques.
- Ability to operate standard warehouse equipment safely.
