Key Responsibilities Efficiently package products following company standards to guarantee safe delivery. Organize and prepare orders accurately for dispatch to ensure correct fulfillment. Manage inventory by tracking stock levels and reporting any discrepancies promptly. Operate packaging equipment and machinery safely, adhering to all safety protocols. Collaborate with warehouse team members to optimize packaging processes and boost efficiency. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the packaging area to promote a safe work environment. Assist with loading and unloading shipments, handling products carefully to prevent damage. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent qualification. 1-2 years of proven experience in packaging, dispatching, or related warehouse roles preferred. Strong understanding of inventory management practices and procedures. Familiarity with packaging materials and techniques. Ability to safely operate standard warehouse equipment. Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
