Warehouse Senior Specialist

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields preferred.
- 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in warehousing operations, logistics management, or 3PL supervision; experience in the Philippines or Southeast Asia is highly preferred.
- Solid understanding of warehousing processes (inbound, outbound, inventory, returns, scrapping); proficient in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to effectively liaise between third-party providers and internal departments to resolve operational issues.
- High attention to detail, strong problem-solving ability, and capacity to work independently under pressure.
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal); proficiency in Filipino is a plus.
- Willing to be stationed in Manila for the long term; adaptable with a collaborative team spirit.
