Sort incoming and outgoing shipments, organizing products based on their destination. Unload and load products from delivery trucks while adhering to safety protocols. Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized workspace. Assist in inventory management by conducting regular stock counts and reporting discrepancies. Participate in training sessions to reinforce safety practices and operational procedures. Effectively manage time to meet daily operational goals and deadlines. Required and Preferred Qualifications No formal educational requirements; on-the-job training will be provided. Proven skills in packing, sorting, unloading, loading, teamwork, and time management. Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with safety guidelines and best practices in warehouse operations.
