Warehouse Supervisor Lead

Help oversee daily warehouse operations and workflow
Lead and direct warehouse employees
Operate a forklift regularly
Load, unload, move, and organize materials
Monitor inventory and warehouse organization
Assist with training and daily assignments
Ensure work is completed accurately and on schedule
Maintain safety and warehouse standards
Work hands-on alongside the warehouse team

What We’re Looking For:
Previous Warehouse Lead or Supervisor experience
FORKLIFT EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Strong leadership and communication skills
Comfortable working in a hot, non-climate-controlled warehouse
Able to perform physical warehouse duties throughout the shift
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Able to pass required background check and drug screen
