About the role

Nuvision Federal Credit Union is seeking a Relationship Specialist II (RS II), a universal role that supports branch operations and serves members in person or over the phone. Under general supervision, the RS II guides members to the proper destination for resolution or assists them directly. The role focuses on the member experience and providing accurate, timely service while maintaining operational controls and safeguards.

Responsibilities

• Open new accounts and sub-shares; receive and disburse cash; and provide plastic card services.
• Originate and process loan applications, and refer members to Mortgage, Investments, and Autoland.
• Perform account maintenance and transactions.
• Meet and exceed performance goals and revenue targets as part of the Minimum Performance Standards.
• Provide operational support and exceptional member service, processing transactions accurately and on time.
• Represent Nuvision Federal Credit Union positively and professionally, showing mutual respect and collaborating to build strong internal and external relationships.
