Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed surface assessments to identify waterproofing and painting requirements.
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and priming to ensure proper adhesion of materials.
• Apply waterproofing and paint products accurately, adhering to safety protocols and manufacturer guidelines.
• Conduct quality inspections on completed work to maintain high standards.
• Coordinate with project managers and team members to meet project deadlines.
• Organize the worksite and manage material inventory efficiently.
• Provide clear progress reports and communicate any issues to supervisors promptly.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience in waterproofing and painting applications.
• In-depth knowledge of waterproofing techniques and related products.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent craftsmanship skills.
