About the role
Empire Waterproofing and Painting has immediate openings for full-time waterproofing and concrete restoration technicians. Year-round work is available.
Requirements
- Experience in waterproofing and/or concrete restoration is preferred.
- Knowledge of sealants, coatings, crack repairs, concrete patching, and restoration techniques.
- Ability to work at heights and on suspended scaffolding when required.
- Reliable transportation and a positive attitude toward safe work ethic.
- OSHA certification is a plus.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred.
