Job description
Tasks
- Provide L1 and L2 application support for Windchill PLM.
- Perform day-to-day Windchill application administration.
- Handle incidents and service requests within defined SLAs.
- Maintain stability across Test and Production environments.
- Troubleshoot application issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain technical documentation and knowledge management.
Requirements
- 8–10 Years
- PTC Windchill Technical, EIS PLM, Windchill Administration, L1/L2 Application Support, Incident & Service Request Management, Production & Test Environment Support
- Candidates must be comfortable working onsite.
