Women Trainers

Lead our Women Safety Programs across Kanchipuram, Tiruvallur, Chengalpattu & Chennai
Work Location: Tambaram
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conduct awareness and training programs in schools, colleges, workplaces, communities, public spaces and online spaces.
- Create training content and resources (IEC material, presentations, toolkits, etc.).
- Meet with officials and stakeholders to build partnerships and support program rollout.
- Pitch our programs to schools, institutions, organizations and communities.
- Create and present training and awareness videos for digital campaigns.
- Recruit, train and support community volunteers.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Graduation in Physical Education, Sports, NCC or Martial Arts background.
Work Experience:
- 1–2 years
Work Timing:
- 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (6 days a week with alternate weekends off)
Salary:
- ₹20,000 per month + allowances
