Job description
Join a fully remote recruitment team as a Recruitment and Advisory Specialist based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. In this full-time role, you will help clients improve talent acquisition strategies and deliver a positive candidate experience. You will report to the Recruitment Manager and collaborate with colleagues across regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment to identify and attract talent across multiple sectors.
- Advise clients on recruitment strategies and best practices.
- Build candidate relationships through networking and recruitment platforms.
- Work with internal teams to align recruiting efforts with client needs.
- Use data and metrics to evaluate and improve recruitment campaigns.
- Participate in team meetings to develop solutions to recruitment challenges.
- Monitor industry trends and share relevant insights with clients.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Strong recruitment, advisory, networking, and teamwork skills.
- Experience using recruitment tools and platforms.
- Previous recruitment advisory experience is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
