Compensation Package

Responsibilities

Represent clients in workers' compensation proceedingsConduct legal research, analyze complex issues, and draft legal documentsAttend hearings and depositionsNegotiate settlements on behalf of clientsEffectively manage time and adhere to firm proceduresCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders at all levelsDevelop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues

Qualifications/Requirements

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law schoolActive membership in the California State Bar (required)Proven ability to identify and analyze complex legal issues and devise effective solutionsProactive, client-centered, and tech-savvy approach to legal practiceStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsSuperior organizational, multitasking, and prioritization abilitiesExcellent verbal and written communication skills
