Job description

Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement youth engagement programs that empower young people in environmental sustainability projects.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and stakeholder relationships ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Conduct research and analysis on environmental issues and youth involvement strategies to provide actionable insights.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance public speaking and advocacy skills among youth participants.
- Develop networking opportunities with local organizations, schools, and community groups to foster collaboration and resource sharing.
- Collect and analyze data to evaluate project success and adapt strategies for greater impact.
- Maintain regular communication with team members and external partners to ensure cohesive project execution and celebrate achievements.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science or related field.
- Strong communication and public speaking skills to effectively convey environmental messages.
