On a day to day basis I take calls from residents from Texas regarding their light bill, new-business enrollments and general information about the compnay that is NRG that is located in Texas. As a retention agent my main goal is to keep a high standard customer service, specially when customers call upset due to high billing or require any sort of payment aarangement. I do believe that listening is the main skill needed at a call center and understanding what a client needs/wants.
