GBV Manager

Lead assessment. Support the identification and vetting of local partners. Ensure that programs are driven by women & girls and planned with community stakeholders. Identify appropriate location and orientation for services, including women’s and girls’ Safe spaces -WGSS. Contribute to concept notes / proposals / appeals. Lead needs assessments, surveys, studies to inform the development of concept notes and proposals. Work closely with GBV coordinator and Program team to achieve program goals and ensure quality interventions for women’s and girls. Ensure adherence to IMC sectoral Minimum Standards, as well as the relevant inter agency. Lead the delivery of program interventions, including the establishment and delivery of services focusing on women’s and girls. Build capacity of GBV officers and partners in relevant technical areas to deliver services and lead interventions. Organize / facilitate / support technical trainings including case management – CM, clinical management of rape – CMR and intimate partner violence. Establish and monitor supervision and support system for case management services. Establish an appropriate system for information management. Ensure effective community participation throughout implementation, including leadership of women’s and girls. Work with teams and communities to develop appropriate prevention and awareness raising / behavior change strategies. Lead regular program monitoring and apply learning for continuous improvement of intervention. Contribute regular program reports, on time and with accurate data
