basado en esta pregunta, mientras trabajaba en operaciones logística encontré una discrepancia entre la información íntegres ingresada en el TMS y la reconfirmación enviada por el broker. El monto del load había sido digitado incorrectamente, lo que podía generar probables problemas en facturación y algún pago de cierre. Lo primero que hago es detener el proceso antes de que la información avanzada y al área de invoicing luego revisé nuevamente los documentos originales, el correo del broker y los datos registrados en el sistema para identificar exactamente dónde estaba el error.
