Okay, I would say in terms of coordinating between different departments is that I remember there was one incident that HR was in Cape Town, but I was in Johannesburg. So what happened was, I think it was about payroll time and then the HR form in Johannesburg was so late to transfer the payroll to Cape Town so that everyone can get paid. So they asked me per se to go and do it while we were so stranded to a point where it was so busy that no one had time to go and do it. But because I was quick and efficient, so I had to go and do it so that both teams can win and so that everyone could get paid on that certain date. So that's how I was able to maneuver the situation because of on how quick I am in terms of response and how efficient and trustworthy the company can trust me with this because luckily I had even did save the document because normally I know how to save the documents or fetch the documents that are deleted via Microsoft Office.
Okay, with the Microsoft Office suite, the only time that I was able to be effective with these tools at the time I used to be in an office-based, I was a barista, but then I was working as an office admin within our own facility by doing payrolls for HR per se and doing shift roster for my teammates on how they will be able to work on their shifts. And then by the time I was doing stock taking using the Microsoft Office, and since I have a background a little bit of studying it, so I did know how to do coding according to IT information systems.
