Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align client expectations with service offerings. Identify and resolve issues related to account management or service delivery efficiently. Prepare detailed reports on account performance, client satisfaction, and upsell potential. Work towards meeting client retention and growth targets set by the company. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field required. 2-5 years proven experience in account management or related roles. Strong relationship-building skills with a customer advocacy mindset. Effective problem-solving abilities to address client concerns promptly. Proficiency with CRM software and related tools. Industry certifications are a plus but not mandatory. As part of our dynamic team, you will report directly to the Head of Account Management and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client success and company growth.
