You will ensure precision in financial reporting, maintain rigorous SOX compliance, and optimize workflows between cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence. 🛡️ Must-Haves (Minimum Requirements): Experience: 5+ years of progressive accounting experience within a Big 4 firm and/or a publicly traded company . Leadership: 3+ years managing accounting teams and overseeing close activities. Technical Mastery: Strong command of US GAAP and SOX compliance/Internal Controls . Analytical Precision: Advanced Excel skills with the ability to perform and validate manual calculations independently.
