Publisher Clearing House is hiring an experienced Accounting Specialist in Albany, New York. Join our finance team and play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting critical accounting processes. Key Responsibilities Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports. Assist with monthly close processes, including reconciliations and journal entries. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Process accounts payable and receivable transactions efficiently. Support budgeting and forecasting efforts by providing relevant financial data. Communicate financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders. Collaborate with internal departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Relevant certifications such as CPA or CMA are a plus. Minimum 2 years of accounting experience preferred. As part of our driven finance team, you will report to the Senior Accounting Manager and work closely with finance, operations, and management teams.
