Accounting Specialist - LATAM

About the role

As a Customer Support & Onboarding Specialist - Accounting (Latin America), you will help hotel customers unlock the potential of Cloudbeds' financial and accounting capabilities.

This customer-facing role calls for hospitality accounting expertise, technical curiosity, and a passion for helping people succeed. If you prefer not to engage with customers directly, this role is not the right fit.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers and their accounting teams through end-to-end accounting configuration.
• Support chart of accounts mapping, tax setup, ERP integrations, and country-specific e-invoicing compliance.
• Help ensure each property is set up correctly and running smoothly from day one.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Support, and Sales to help customers connect their financial backbone to Cloudbeds.
