Accounts Payable Analyst

About the role

TPI Global Solutions is seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst for a 12-month role, with potential to extend or convert to FTE. The Accounts Payable team manages global invoices, supplier profiles, supplier settlements, and partner payments while driving projects related to automation and efficiencies.

Strong accounts payable experience is required, specifically extensive knowledge of invoice processing gained through hands-on work in that area.

Responsibilities

• Establish strong working relationships internally and with outside suppliers.
• Process accounts payable transactions daily to maintain finances effectively, accurately, and up to date.
• Review and process domestic and international invoices for payment in accordance with financial policies and procedures.
• Resolve purchase order, contract, invoice, and payment discrepancies.
• Document and maintain accounts payable procedures.
• Work toward team and organizational goals, participate in training to increase job knowledge, and demonstrate core values while contributing to a strong and positive culture.

Requirements

• Strong accounts payable experience, including extensive hands-on knowledge of invoice processing.
• Ability to work productively as a self-starter within target timelines.
• Collaborative team player who is customer service focused and solution oriented.
