Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate accounts receivable records and ensure timely collection of outstanding invoices. Prepare and send billing statements and payment reminders to clients promptly. Perform account reconciliations and assist in resolving discrepancies efficiently. Support audit processes related to accounts receivable documentation. Collaborate with the finance team to prepare financial reports and forecasts. Monitor cash receipts ensuring compliance with GST and TDS regulations. Utilize MS Excel for precise data entry and financial record management. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com preferred). Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian accounting standards. Proficient in MS Excel with strong attention to detail. Excellent organizational skills and accuracy in financial processes. Prior experience in accounts receivable or related finance roles is preferred. The ideal candidate will demonstrate technical expertise, accuracy, and efficiency in managing financial data.
