Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments of active members by gathering and analyzing engagement data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Prepare detailed reports and actionable feedback to support program enhancement and ensure alignment with community needs. Participate actively in community outreach events to collect firsthand insights and foster strong member relationships. Collaborate with team members to design and implement strategies that boost member involvement and satisfaction rates. Facilitate workshops and focus groups that encourage open dialogue about member expectations and resource utilization. Assist in developing training materials aimed at educating members about available programs and services. Monitor the effectiveness of engagement strategies and provide ongoing assessments to measure impact and success. What We're Looking For Required: Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences, Community Development, or a related field. Strong analytical skills with proven ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. Proficiency in standard office software and assessment tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse community members. Preferred: 1-2 years of experience in community engagement or volunteer coordination. Certification in program evaluation or related disciplines. Demonstrated ability to facilitate group discussions and workshops.
