Role Description The Administrative Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Carrollton, TX, supporting daily office operations and leadership team needs. This role manages phone calls, email correspondence, scheduling, and calendar coordination, ensuring timely responses and professional communication with internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities include organizing and maintaining files, preparing documents and reports, handling data entry, and supporting basic accounting or inventory tasks as needed. The Administrative Assistant also assists with meeting coordination, visitor reception, and general clerical duties to keep the office running smoothly and efficiently.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills for organizing schedules, supporting leaders, and managing office tasks.Candidates should possess excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills for interacting professionally with customers, vendors, and team members.Candidates should possess solid Clerical Skills, including filing, data entry, document preparation, and basic recordkeeping.Candidates should have proficiency with office software (e.g., MS Office or similar tools) and basic familiarity with office equipment.Candidates should demonstrate attention to detail, time management, reliability, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred; a high school diploma or equivalent is required, and additional education or certifications are a plus.
