Analytics Data Scientist

About the role

Bright Intelli LLC is seeking an analytics professional for its Digital Data Science & Analytics team, which focuses on understanding and improving members’ digital experiences. The team uses analytics and applied data science to uncover insights, inform strategic decisions, and enhance digital experiences and operations across the organization.

This role combines exploratory analysis, statistical methods, experimentation, behavioral analytics, and fit-for-purpose modeling to solve business problems and drive measurable impact. The work spans digital experience analytics, customer feedback and sentiment analysis, digital usage forecasting, member behavior modeling, feature adoption measurement, and operational optimization.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product, technology, and business partners to turn complex questions into actionable insights.
• Use analytical and data science techniques to understand member behavior and digital experiences.
• Help drive better decisions, improve member outcomes, and enhance the digital experience for members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in data science, business analytics, statistics, applied mathematics, economics, or another quantitative or analytical field.
• Experience conducting data science, business intelligence, analytics, statistical analysis, or related project work.
• Proficiency using SQL for data extraction and analysis and Python for data preparation, exploratory analysis, statistical analysis, and modeling.
• Experience with R is beneficial.
