Key Responsibilities Accurately input and maintain client financial data in planning software to ensure up-to-date records. Lead preparation for portfolio review meetings, coordinating all necessary reports and documentation with the Primary Advisor. Attend client meetings as a secondary advisor, taking comprehensive notes, completing dictations, and managing follow-up action items promptly. Manage servicing-only clients by addressing routine administrative and service needs efficiently. Oversee insurance cases and applications from initiation through completion, ensuring compliance and client satisfaction. Conduct investment research and preliminary product analysis to support advisor recommendations and client portfolio strategies. Administer Advisor-Owned-Entity (AOE) processes and related operational workflows to maintain smooth business operations. Begin cultivating and managing your own client relationships, acting as a reliable secondary contact and building trust over time.
