Key Responsibilities Monitor daily cash positions to maintain accurate and up-to-date cash flow records, ensuring operational liquidity. Assist in preparing detailed cash forecasts that optimize the company’s liquidity planning and financial strategy. Collaborate with finance and other departments to identify and resolve cash discrepancies, improving overall cash management processes. Maintain comprehensive, accurate records of all cash transactions and perform regular reconciliations to support financial audits. Utilize Microsoft Excel extensively for data management, cash flow reporting, and budget tracking with precision and efficiency. Contribute to the development and enforcement of internal controls and procedures to enhance financial reporting accuracy and compliance. What We're Looking For Required: High School Diploma or equivalent with relevant experience in cash management, finance, or accounting. Strong skills in cash handling, teamwork, and effective time management under pressure. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic data analysis techniques. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Preferred: Previous experience in a financial role, especially in cash management or treasury operations.
