Key Responsibilities Perform lock repairs and replacements on a variety of vehicle makes and models with precision and care. Respond promptly to emergency lockout situations, delivering reliable and efficient service. Program and duplicate transponder keys, key fobs, and remote car keys following industry best practices. Assess vehicle locking systems and recommend security improvements tailored to client needs. Maintain and organize locksmith tools and equipment to ensure optimal readiness. Document all service calls and repairs accurately in our database to monitor quality and customer satisfaction. Work collaboratively with team members and management to continually improve service delivery. Required and Preferred Qualifications Certification in Locksmithing from an accredited institution. Minimum of 2 years proven experience in automotive locksmithing. Strong understanding of vehicle lock systems and modern key technologies. Proficiency with locksmith tools and software applications. Excellent problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail. Customer-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
