Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and optimize scalable data pipelines using Azure Databricks, Python, and Pyspark to support enterprise data needs. Conduct thorough design and code reviews to maintain high-quality software deliverables and reduce defects. Collaborate closely with client stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored data solutions. What We're Looking For Required: Proven hands-on experience with Azure Databricks, Python, and Pyspark in a professional setting. Strong understanding of ETL concepts and relational database management with SQL and MS SQL Server. Ability to adhere to application development documentation best practices and perform design/code reviews. Excellent written and oral communication skills, essential for onsite collaboration with clients and teams. Familiarity with insurance industry data and processes is highly valued.
