Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and optimize scalable data pipelines using Azure Databricks, Python, and Pyspark to support enterprise data needs. Implement ETL processes adhering to best practices and documentation standards to ensure data quality and consistency. Conduct thorough design and code reviews to maintain high-quality software deliverables and reduce defects. Collaborate closely with client stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored data solutions. Monitor and troubleshoot data workflows and performance issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal downtime. Leverage SQL and MS SQL Server expertise to manage relational databases and integrate data sources effectively. Support the adoption of Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA to streamline development cycles and communication. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by sharing insights and adopting new technologies within the insurance domain. What We're Looking For Required: Proven hands-on experience with Azure Databricks, Python, and Pyspark in a professional setting. Strong understanding of ETL concepts and relational database management with SQL and MS SQL Server. Ability to adhere to application development documentation best practices and perform design/code reviews. Excellent written and oral communication skills, essential for onsite collaboration with clients and teams. Familiarity with insurance industry data and processes is highly valued. Preferred: Knowledge of Azure Data Factory (ADF) platform and framework. Experience working with XML and JSON data formats. Exposure to Informatica PowerCenter (PC) tools.
