Company is seeking a compassionate and reliable Babysitter for two adorable girls in Kailua, Oahu. This part-time role offers a friendly family environment where you will ensure a safe and fun experience for children aged 6 and 1.5 years, while also caring for their friendly dog. Key Responsibilities Provide attentive and loving childcare, engaging the girls in play and educational activities. Assist with meal preparation, ensuring nutritional needs are met. Maintain a safe, clean environment throughout babysitting hours. Support bedtime routines tailored to each child's needs. Supervise playtime to promote safety, creativity, and independence. Communicate regularly with parents about children’s behavior and activities. Care for the family’s friendly dog, ensuring pet safety and engagement. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Proven childcare experience, especially with toddlers and young children. Strong skills in patience, communication, organization, creativity, and problem-solving. Basic safety awareness and flexibility to handle unexpected situations. Experience in pet care is a plus. Excellent time management and interpersonal skills.
