While the role sits within the firm's New York private credit team, associates have the flexibility to be based in New York, California or Texas, working seamlessly across one integrated national practice

The team advises many of the world's leading direct lenders, private credit funds, private equity sponsors and alternative capital providers on a broad range of sophisticated financing transactions across the private capital marke
t.
Associates can expect exposure to matters including:sponsor-backed acquisition financings,direct lending and unitranche facilities,recurring revenue, NAV and asset-backed financing structures,refinancing and recapitalisation transactions,special situations and opportunistic credit matters, andcomplex cross-border financing transactio
ns.

firm.
