Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve premium coffee beverages and grilled menu items, ensuring consistent quality and presentation. Engage with customers by taking orders, offering menu recommendations, and ensuring a positive dining experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and dining areas, strictly following health and safety standards. Work collaboratively with team members during busy periods to ensure smooth service flow and efficiency. Assist with inventory control by restocking supplies and reporting shortages promptly. Participate in ongoing training to enhance barista skills and grill cooking techniques. Contribute ideas and feedback during team meetings to improve customer service and menu offerings. Required and Preferred Qualifications Certificate in Barista Skills or equivalent training preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on teamwork and collaboration. Previous experience in food service is advantageous but not required. Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and grill cooking techniques. Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow. Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
