Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. 1-2 years of proven experience in bartending and mixology preferred. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to handle cash and work efficiently under pressure. Experience with point-of-sale systems and bar management software is a plus. Certification in Responsible Beverage Service preferred.
