MULTIPLE POSITIONS
1. RESPONSIBILITIES
• Create and maintain engineering drawings and BIM models using AutoCAD or Revit
• Produce construction documents, design drawings, and related files
• Support design coordination, model updates, and project execution

2. EXPERIENCE
• Experience with AutoCAD or Revit/BIM
• Familiar with construction drawings and MEP systems (mechanical, electrician, plumbing)
• Navisworks or Clash Detection experience is a plus
• Semiconductor / Fab project experience is preferred

3. SKILLS
• Proficient in AutoCAD or Revit
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic project environment
• Mandarin (Chinese) ability is a plus
• Support cross-cultural team communication

4. QUALIFICATIONS
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred
