Key Responsibilities Engage potential customers via calls to assess loan needs and offer customized solutions. Guide customers through the loan application process with clear, supportive communication. Resolve queries promptly to enhance customer satisfaction and experience. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software. Follow up with leads and clients to support loan approvals and build strong relationships. Collaborate with team members to achieve daily call targets and reporting goals. Provide feedback on customer experiences to improve service quality and processes. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Excellent communication skills with a professional and friendly approach. Experience in customer service or sales is preferred. Knowledge of CRM tools and call center technology is a plus. Ability to manage high call volumes efficiently with strong time management. Fluent in Hindi and English, both written and spoken. Work alongside experienced professionals in a supportive environment reporting directly to the Team Leader. This full-time role offers a monthly salary of ₹21,000 and is based in Delhi, India. Remote work is not available for this position.
